Complete Home Maintenance and Handyman Services is a Canberra-based handyman and property maintenance business that’s been operating since April 2019.
Founded by Cristian, the business started with a simple goal: provide reliable, honest, and professional home maintenance to locals who just want the job done right.
It began as a full-time operation from day one—not a side hustle, not part-time. After leaving a construction company that was shifting into demolition work, Cristian took the leap to build something of his own. With his first child due just months later, there was no time to hesitate—just a clear focus to get things moving.
Since then, CHMH Services has grown steadily, working with homeowners, landlords, and real estate clients across Canberra.
The business is built on three core values:

We handle a wide range of services—from flyscreens, doors, and windows to decks, pergolas, patching, painting, and more. Our aim is simple: do the work properly, treat every property with respect, and leave things better than we found them.

Meet Cristian – Owner & Operator
Before starting Complete Home Maintenance and Handyman Services, Cristian worked as a mechanic until 2016, then shifted into the building industry—working with an interior fit-out company, then a construction firm, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of jobs.
Since 2019, he’s been running CHMH full-time, personally managing each job and staying involved from start to finish.
What he values most about running his own business is the ability to manage work around what matters most—family, time, and flexibility.
Outside of work, Cristian spends time with his family, follows motorsport, plays football (soccer), and enjoys camping whenever he gets the chance.
He brings that same level of focus and care to every job—and he’s the one you’ll be dealing with from start to finish.
