This is the back of the final kit. In order to connect the wires to the perf board, I used an iron to heat up the material around the hole and added solder.
This is the front of the final kit.
This is a video of the working kit. When I put my fingers on the touchpad board, a fairly high pitched buzzing sound came out of the speaker device.
This is the image of the kit on the instruction manual.
Here, I had to solder the wires to the board and had to make sure that each soldered hole was separated from the next one so that it would work properly.
Here is a picture taken while I was testing the board.
This is a video of the board working.
This was my first attempt at soldering the wires together> Here I twisted the two ends of the wire, added solder to one end, then put the other end on top of it and added more solder to connect it.
This was one of my later solder attempts. Here I meshed the wires together and twisted them tight before adding the solder which created a much neater and easier solder.
First I put the heat shrink cord on the wire and moved it out of the way while I soldered the two ends together. Then, I moved the heat shrink over the soldered part of the wire and used a lighter to melt and shrink the heat wrap .
