ABOUT
Chih-Han (Rin) Leng (冷芷涵) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling at National Tsing Hua University.
She received her Ph.D. in Psychometrics from National Taiwan University (NTU) in 2025, along with an M.S. in Psychology from NTU. She holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Chung Yuan Christian University. She was also a visiting scholar in the Department of Marketing at Northwestern University from 2024 to 2025.
Her research lies at the intersection of psychometrics, social network analysis, and machine learning. She is particularly interested in rating-based relational models, decision-making processes, measurement development and evaluation, and the applications of machine learning in the social sciences.
In addition, she was born in Taitung, Taiwan.
