Research Interests

I am currently doing research work related to bioinformatics and computational biology, a part of systems biology.

My area of research interest includes Functional Genomics, Biomarker discovery, Microbiome, transcriptional and post-transcriptional gene regulatory networks and its ultimate effect on protein production, more specifically to unravel phenotype from genotype.
