Welcome to Chi Recipe Manager ("App"), a tool designed to simplify and enhance your culinary experience. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, provided by the Chi Recipe Manager Team us. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and us. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the updated version will be effective as of the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

a. Your Recipes and Photos
Chi Recipe Manager allows you to create, store, and manage recipes, including titles, ingredients, instructions, categories, and photos. You retain ownership of your User Content, but by uploading it to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the App’s functionality.
b. Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to upload content that:
Is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion.
The App provides an assortment of ready-made recipes for your inspiration. These recipes are curated by us or sourced from publicly available content. You may use them for personal cooking purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without our prior written consent.
The App, including its design, code, and curated content (excluding your User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without our explicit permission.
You agree not to:
Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.
Interfere with the App’s operation or security features.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends, and you must stop using it. You may also delete the App at any time.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or recipes. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if applicable).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
