After completing High School,i joined a three year professional training to learn weaving and designing at the vocational school in Sindelfingen, Germany.

1988 i traveled for two years in Southeast Asia and stayed most of the time in India. Attracted by the Indian culture, i decided to study Fine Arts at the Rabindranath Tagore University in Shantiniketan, West- Bengal, India from 1992- 1997.

Since then i live and work as a freelance artist and textile designer in India and Germany
