都市土地真的很稀缺，房子，尤其是商店的估價似乎都太低了。這個在broadway 的商店，建物還有2000尺，竟然估價只有4900. 雖然大概有80年曆史。土地卻這麼貴，388万。当我发现有这么一个政府网站，竟然看出好多先前没有想到的事情。真的是有土斯有财。
