About Us 團隊簡介
We specialize in the growth and characterization of compound semiconductor single crystals, with over 20 years of experience. To date, we have produced more than 150 types of high-quality crystals and collaborated with leading domestic and international teams, resulting in over 100 SCI publications in top journals such as Nature Electronics, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, JACS, Nature Communications and Advanced Functional Materials, etc. Our crystals provide a solid foundation for advanced materials and optoelectronics research.

Research & Collaboration 研究與合作
Our research focuses on the growth of layered 2D semiconductors and excitonic optical properties. We aim to build a high-quality single-crystal database to advance material understanding and optoelectronic device development. Crystal samples and optical measurement services are provided with pre-evaluation of structural and physical properties to ensure research reliability. In 2020, our expertise drew international attention from 2D Semiconductors, reflecting our global presence in crystal research.
研究重點涵蓋層狀二維半導體的成長與激子態光學特性,並致力建立高品質單晶資料庫,推動材料物性理解與光電元件發展。我們亦提供晶體樣品與光學量測服務,並於實驗初期即進行結構與物性鑑定,以確保研究的準確性與可靠性。2020 年,我們獲國際材料公司 2D Semiconductors 來信洽談合作,顯示本團隊具備國際級晶體研發能量。
