I have discovered that students with different mother tongues learn Chinese in very different ways. For Japanese students, I do not spend too much time teaching how to write Chinese characters, because Japanese already uses many characters that are similar to Chinese. However, since Japanese has fewer sounds, many Chinese pronunciations do not exist in Japanese, so I spend much more time helping them improve their pronunciation. For students from France, the United States, Mexico, and other Romance-language backgrounds, I focus more on explaining how to write each Chinese character. Within two months, they are able to write short compositions using Chinese characters. They also understand that Pinyin is only a tool to help with pronunciation and to get started. If you want to go further in Chinese, you must learn characters from the beginning. Every Chinese character will appear again and again in future words. Characters are like letters—how can you write words if you don’t know the letters? Moreover, there are countless different characters with the same pronunciation. You will truly realize this only when you go to China, where even shop menus are written in Chinese characters. Do you think Chinese characters are important?
Let’s practice conversation, grammar, vocabulary, hanzi, and listening together — from beginner to advanced. As your teacher, I’ll provide extra exercises, correct your pronunciation, and teach you tips to remember Chinese characters. Through role-playing, you can experience real-life conversations, and I’ll guide you on how to use grammar naturally by practicing it in multiple sentences.
初心者から上級まで、一緒に会話・文法・単語・漢字・リスニングを楽しみながら練習しましょう。先生として、たくさんの練習問題や発音のアドバイス、漢字を覚えるコツもやさしくお伝えします。ロールプレイで実際の会話を体験したり、文法を使った例文練習を通して、学んだことを自然に使えるよう、一緒に学んでいきましょう。
We’ll practice exercises together and learn step by step. I’ll gently guide you through grammar, key vocabulary, and common listening phrases. You’ll do the exercises, and I’ll support you along the way — with a teacher’s guidance, your learning becomes clear and focused.
As a Japanese learner myself, I not only majored in Japanese at university but also passed the JLPT N1 and have lived in Japan for nearly 10 years. I can help you quickly master Japanese grammar, conversation, and listening skills. Textbooks are not the key — what matters is how you remember and actually use what you learn. Don’t worry, I’ll be with you every step of the way as you grow.
