Invitation

Beijing World Youth Academy is excited to be your first stop in the greater China College Fair Tour in October 2024, a multi-city college fair tour including stops in Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. 

The fair will run from 2pm – 4:30pm. Refreshments will be available throughout the event, and a reception for reps & counselors will follow from 4:30pm – 6pm.

Register to attend, and we will get back to you. Please be aware that the registration for the fair will close on Friday, August 30th at 10pm.

What We Will Provide

• A table (approximately 1.5 m x 0.75 m) and a chair

• Bottled water, coffee, and snacks

• Wireless internet access

• After-fair reception for representatives and counselors

What You Should Provide 

You are welcome to bring a sign or tablecloth for your table, and printed materials about your university’s programs. You are also welcome to bring a laptop or other electronic device to display on your table. If you would like to bring “giveaway” items, such as pens, pencils, stickers or pennants, for our students, you are welcome to do so.
