By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Chimp Core, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Game.
By using Chimp Core, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in warnings, restrictions, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, account termination, or legal action where applicable.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Chimp Core complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform requirements in your jurisdiction.
While using Chimp Core, you agree not to:

You may not:
Cheat in any form.

Use hacked clients.
Use mod menus or unauthorized third-party software.

Reverse engineer the Game for malicious purposes.
Modify, bypass, disable, or interfere with security systems.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, services, or systems.
Exploit bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities, or unintended mechanics.
Distribute, promote, develop, or assist in the creation of cheats, exploits, hacks, or unauthorized modifications.
Any attempt to compromise the integrity, security, stability, or operation of Chimp Core may result in immediate enforcement action.
If you discover a bug, exploit, vulnerability, or security issue, you agree to report it to the development team as soon as reasonably possible.
Knowingly abusing, sharing, selling, demonstrating, or withholding exploits for personal gain may be treated as a violation of these Terms.
Users may not attempt to exploit perceived loopholes, omissions, ambiguities, technicalities, or wording within these Terms, the Privacy Policy, community rules, moderation systems, or game systems.
Any activity intended to bypass the spirit, purpose, or intended enforcement of our rules may be treated as a violation, even if not explicitly listed.
The examples listed within these Terms are not exhaustive. Conduct that undermines the safety, security, fairness, operation, or community of Chimp Core may result in enforcement action regardless of whether it is specifically mentioned herein.
Chimp Core staff reserve the right to:
Issue warnings.
Remove content.
Restrict access to features.
Mute users.
Suspend accounts.
Permanently ban users.
Reset progress when necessary.
Remove items obtained through exploits or unauthorized means.
Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion.
Attempts to evade moderation actions may result in additional penalties.
You are responsible for activities conducted through your account.
You may not:
Share accounts for malicious purposes.
Sell accounts.
Purchase stolen accounts.
Access accounts belonging to others without authorization.
We reserve the right to investigate suspicious account activity.
Chimp Core, including its assets, code, artwork, branding, logos, characters, maps, systems, sounds, and content, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy or redistribute game assets without permission.
Sell game assets without authorization.
Claim ownership of Chimp Core content.
Re-upload proprietary content as your own.
Use of Chimp Core is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms, security incidents, cheating, exploitation, harassment, threats, fraud, unauthorized access, or criminal activity.
Where permitted or required by law, information may be preserved or disclosed to law enforcement or other authorized authorities.
Chimp Core is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
Continuous availability.
Error-free operation.
Uninterrupted access.
Compatibility with all hardware or software.
Features may be modified, removed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chimp Core, its developers, staff, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Game.
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of Chimp Core after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Chimp Core staff retain the right to interpret, apply, and enforce these Terms, the Privacy Policy, community rules, and related policies.
No provision of these Terms shall be interpreted in a manner that limits our ability to protect the security, integrity, operation, fairness, community, or legal interests of Chimp Core.
Attempts to rely on technicalities, omissions, loopholes, or alternative interpretations to avoid enforcement may be rejected at our sole discretion.
