We walk into Chimmini, where the forest wears its freshest green and the weather feels just right. Cool breeze, drifting mist, and soft sunlight make this one of the best times to experience the sanctuary.

The Chimmini walk brings together everything that defines a perfect forest day - a scenic stretch along the Chimmini Dam, refreshing waterfall baths, slow moments in nature, and trails that let you truly feel the wilderness around you.

And to end it on a calm note, there’s an optional coracle ride, floating quietly on forest waters, letting the day sink in.

06:00 AM – Start from Coimbatore

07:30 AM - Breakfast on the way

09:30 AM – Reach Chimmini Wildlife Sanctuary

10:00 AM – Trek Begins

02:00 PM – Trek ends, refresh

03:00 PM – Lunch near Chimmini Wildlife Sanctuary

04:00 PM - Start return journey

06:00 PM – Dessert stop at Palakkad 😌

07:00 – 08:00 PM – Reach Coimbatore
