When a user is reported from within the app, the reported user will be blocked and your engagement scores will be put on hold. All reported users & reported content will be reviewed personally by our team. If you are reporting messages, we will review those messages only after getting consent from the reported user that their messages need to be reviewed. WE WILL NOT DISCLOSE THE IDENTITY OF THE PERSON WHO REPORTED NOR THE MESSAGES THEY SELECTED TO BACK UP THEIR REPORT. If we find that the profile content or message content was violating our terms, the reported user will be blocked and the reporting user will be awarded a green engagement score for keeping the community clean.
If we find that the report was a false report, the usual engagement scores will apply. You and your connection will be disconnected though. Please avoid false reporting

So to make you feel secure at all times, we have introduced a quick and efficient process that allows you to report and/or block a user who has violated our following terms of use:
comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, equal opportunity laws and regulatory requirements;
use your real name on your profile;
use the services in a professional manner.
It is also your responsibility as a user to not:
act in an unlawful or unprofessional manner including being dishonest, abusive or discriminatory;
misrepresent your identity, your current or previous positions, qualifications or affiliations with a person or entity;
disclose information that you do not have the consent to disclose;
create or operate a pyramid scheme, fraud or other similar practice.
We don't tolerate misbehaving in our community – users should not do bad things to other users. Therefore, you can report any abuse or complain about Member Content by contacting us, outlining the abuse and/or complaint. You can also report a user directly from a profile or in chat by clicking the 'Report' option.
Once a user is reported, they will be momentarily blocked from using our services pending further investigation. Our investigation will be based on careful analysis of consensual evidence provided to us by users who have reported. Upon review, the blocked users' further partake in our community will be validated.
Also, we don't appreciate users doing bad things to Chimie - we've worked hard on our creation, so scraping or replicating any part of the App without our prior consent is expressly prohibited. This includes by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available, published interfaces - unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with us.
