Chimes Ringtone

Experienced the same exact issue on the original Chimes. Used Android app 3.22.2 as well as reverted back to 3.20.0 with no luck. I have two chimes and both exhibit this issue. Tried resetting the chime as well as removing / re-adding device.

We are experiencing the same problem. Our autistic daughter becomes very upset by the ringtone and have been trying to change it, however it will not. We have had to unplug it and feel frustrated to not be able we use a product we spent money on because of a simple tone change. When will this be resolved?

I have the same issue, exactly and no matter which of the above steps I try, I cannot change the ringtone on my brand new Chime. It is just so amazing. I wonder where I else I could post to get some attention to this, like Wirecutter. Or iFixit or Consumer Reports. Customers have gone for over a year without a fix? Really?

Ring installed today and when I try to update the ring the chimes led flashes green and blue for a couple of seconds and the phone shows Updating settings. After a while the phone shows an error (screenshot attached)

To use a custom ringtone on your iPhone, download the ringtone on your computer. Connect your iPhone to your computer and open iTunes. Drag and drop the ringtone to your device. A full guide can be found here.

If I remember correctly, for Holloween they did custome auto responses but not the ringtones.
