Chill Marbles lets players create an account and save game progress in the cloud.
The game uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore to manage sign-in and store cloud save data.
The game also uses Apple In-App Purchase for premium currency purchases and Google AdMob to display ads.
We do not receive your full payment card details or your Apple ID password.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS version of Chill Marbles distributed on the Apple App Store.
2. What we collect
We do not ask for unnecessary personal information. However, some data is processed in order to provide account login, cloud save, purchases, ads, and app stability.
The following categories of data may be processed by the app and its service providers:
2.1. Account and Authentication (Firebase Authentication)
Purpose: allow you to create an account, sign in, and recover your game progress across devices.
Depending on the sign-in method you use, the following may be processed:
Email address
Display name
Authentication provider information (such as Google sign-in)
A unique Firebase user ID
If you sign in with Google, Google may share basic account profile information such as your email address and display name with Firebase Authentication.

2.2. Cloud Save Data (Cloud Firestore)
Purpose: store and restore your game progress across devices.
The following gameplay data may be stored in the cloud and linked to your account:
Coins and rubies balance
Unlocked countryballs
Selected countryball and enemy selections
Unlocked maps
Scores and records
Claimed rewards and progression-related state
Technical save metadata such as update timestamps
This data is stored under your authenticated account so your progress can be restored later.

2.3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Purpose: display ads, cap frequency, fight fraud/abuse, and measure ad performance.
Data categories that may be processed by AdMob and its partners include:
Identifiers, such as Apple’s IDFA (if you grant tracking permission), IP address, and device information
Usage data, such as ad impressions, clicks, and interactions
Approximate location inferred from IP address, where relevant for ad delivery and regulatory compliance

If you deny tracking permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, AdMob will not access IDFA and may serve non-personalized ads where required.

2.4. Purchases (Apple In-App Purchase / StoreKit)
Purpose: enable and fulfill in-app purchases, such as premium currency purchases.
Data handled by Apple may include:
Transaction identifiers
Receipts

What we receive:
We only receive the purchase status and transaction information required to unlock the purchased digital content.
We do not receive your full payment card details or Apple account password.

2.5. Diagnostics and Crash Data
iOS and integrated platform services may provide crash logs or limited diagnostics information to help us improve stability and fix bugs.

Chill Marbles is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is necessary to operate the app and its integrated services.

6. Data Retention
We do not keep separate player profile databases outside the services used to operate the app.
Account and cloud save data may remain stored until:
you delete your account or request deletion, or
the data is removed as part of service operation, legal, or security processes
Third-party services may retain some data according to their own legal, fraud-prevention, operational, or compliance requirements.
7. Your Choices
You can choose whether to create an account and use cloud save.
You can choose your sign-in method, where offered.

You can manage personalized ads and privacy options in the app where available.
You can contact us to request deletion of your cloud account data.

We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal or security obligations.
9. International Transfers
Third-party providers such as Google and Apple may process data on servers located outside your country. They apply safeguards as described in their privacy policies.
10. Security
We rely on the security measures provided by Apple, Google, Firebase, and their infrastructure providers.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to use established platform services rather than custom insecure systems.
