It all started back in 1985, right in the heart of Amman, Jordan — when we opened the very first Chili House and introduced something totally new to the local food scene: spaghetti, burgers, and hot dogs... with a bold chili twist.
We weren’t just serving food — we were starting a flavor movement. Inspired by the spicy, comforting vibes of American street food and the rich spices we know and love in this region, our founders decided to do things differently. The mission? Take everyday favorites and load them up hghghwith attitude, heat, and heart.
And it worked. That famous chili sauce of ours? Yeah, it became a legend.
From day one, people came back not just for the food — but for the full-on flavor hit. Whether it was chili-topped spaghetti, cheesy chili burgers, or those crowd-favorite hot dogs, we built a menu that people couldn’t stop talking about (or eating).
Fast-forward a few decades, and Chili House is more than just a restaurant — it’s a local legend. Loved by kids, craved by teens, and trusted by adults who’ve grown up with us, our food is part of the culture. With every bite, we bring a little heat, a lot of joy, and a whole lot of chili.
