Child Web Guardian is a parental browser extension. It runs only in the Chrome profile where installed. A visible badge shows when it is on.
Data: After the person configuring it acknowledges the disclosure and enables it, the extension reads website domains and timestamps. In report mode it also reads YouTube video page titles and video IDs, and includes the user-entered device name. It does not read page body text, forms, passwords, messages, or screenshots.
Use and sharing: The extension blocks selected websites or sends reports by HTTPS to the Telegram Bot API and chat configured by the user. Telegram handles delivered messages under its own policy. The developer does not receive browsing reports or bot credentials. There are no ads, analytics, or sale of data.
Storage and control: Settings, including bot token and chat ID, are stored locally in Chrome. At most 100 unsent events are kept locally until delivery; sent events are removed. Turning the extension off clears the queue. Users can change settings, turn it off, or uninstall it. Parents should inform people using the monitored device. Use of Chrome API data follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Child Web Guardian là tiện ích trình duyệt dành cho phụ huynh, chỉ chạy trong hồ sơ Chrome đã cài. Huy hiệu hiển thị khi tiện ích bật.
Dữ liệu: Sau khi người cấu hình xác nhận thông báo và bật tiện ích, ứng dụng đọc tên miền website và thời điểm truy cập. Ở chế độ báo cáo, tiện ích còn đọc tiêu đề và mã video YouTube, kèm tên thiết bị do người dùng nhập. Tiện ích không đọc nội dung trang, biểu mẫu, mật khẩu, tin nhắn hoặc ảnh màn hình.
Sử dụng và chia sẻ: Tiện ích chặn website đã chọn hoặc gửi báo cáo qua HTTPS đến Telegram Bot API và chat do người dùng cấu hình. Telegram xử lý tin theo chính sách của họ. Nhà phát triển không nhận báo cáo hay thông tin bot. Không có quảng cáo, phân tích hành vi hay bán dữ liệu.
Lưu trữ và kiểm soát: Cấu hình, gồm bot token và chat ID, lưu cục bộ trong Chrome. Tối đa 100 sự kiện chưa gửi được giữ đến khi gửi xong; sự kiện đã gửi bị xóa. Tắt tiện ích sẽ xóa hàng đợi. Người dùng có thể đổi cấu hình, tắt hoặc gỡ tiện ích. Phụ huynh nên thông báo cho người dùng thiết bị.
