Use of what we have

Step 1:

Take the existing 9 holes from All Seasons Center

Step 2:

Change color of top bands (CP is Yellow & ASC can be black)

Step 3:

Move existing Children’s park pads to new locations

Step 4:

Install 18 basket placements

What new is needed

• 6 - 10 new trees
• Stepping stones or large rocks for 2 holes
• Bridge
• Signage for each hole
• Signage for Welcome Board
• Benches for 8 holes
• Trash cans for at least half the holes

4-5 Star Iowa courses are between 4000-7000 feet long
