If you have been to this page before (see below) and you are just checking recent child support payments, click here to go to the Missouri Automated Child Support System and have your (1) Family Support Division (FSD) "Case ID" NOTE: Not your Missouri Criminal Case Number (i.e. 23SG-CR123456); ; (2) The last 4 of your own SSN; and (3) Your date of birth - format MMDDYYYY For example, March 17, 1964 >>> 03171964)
Additionally, while I think auto garnishments from paychecks are often the best way to make child support payments, you can make them online at the Missouri Family Support Payment Center Website: Payment Page for Non-Custodial Parents
As I note at a different client info page (Non-Support & Seeking to Modify Amount Owed Each Month), if you are facing criminal charges for "non-support" (i.e., felony charges - when money owed is more than 12 months worth; and misdemeanor when money owed is less than 12 months worth), in the "most simple terms, Non-Support cases are really math problems." Specifically, the prosecutor has to basically show the defendant owes $x (based on a court order directing payment of a certain amount of child support each month) and that the defendant only paid $z... The difference determines if the prosecutor can get a conviction.
Although I do provide my client "discovery" in their non-support case, usually a spreadsheet captioned "Payment Detailed History Report" showing how much my clients owe, principal paid, arrears (debt), interest owed, etc. See below
While this is good info, my clients often want to make sure that their garnishments or payments are getting documented. They can do this as well as get "payment" and "disbursement" information for the last 24 months at the Missouri Department of Social Services (DSS), Family Support Division (FSD)'s Missouri Automated Child Support System, and the webpage will look like this >
All you need is is to click the link https://apps.dss.mo.gov/ChildSupportPaymentInformation/Default.aspx
And the follwing information:
The last 4 of your own SSN; and
Your date of birth - format MMDDYYYY For example, March 17, 1964 >>> 03171964)
*If you don't know your "Case ID," I can provide this to you.
When you enter the info your will will bet and icon (or more than one with a Criminal Case Number to click. When you do so you will get something like the following (with payments by the noncustodial parent; and disbursements (withdrawals) by the custodial parent)>
