KOTODAMA Shodo（言霊書道）とは、企業で働く新人、若手、中堅社員の方々の

モチベーション維持を目的とした活動です。

風化しやすい個人目標や展望など言葉を可視化することで道を見失わずに進める、

所謂「街灯」のような役割を果たします。

冒頭、私から「ホテルマンから書家に転身した軌跡と挑戦」を15分ほど講演させていただきます。

その後、各個人がテーマに沿ったプレゼンテーションを行って頂きインタビューを交え、

その場で揮毫いたします。

KOTODAMA Shodo(Express your sprits in calligraphy) is a program for newcomers, young people, and mid-career employees who work in a company.

This is an activity aimed at maintaining motivation.

By visualizing words such as personal goals and prospects that are easy to weather, proceed without losing your way,It plays a role like a so-called "street light".

At the beginning, I will give a lecture on "The Trajectory and Challenge of Becoming a Calligrapher from a Hotel worker" for about 15 minutes.

After that, each individual gave a presentation according to the theme and exchanged interviews,

I will write on the spot.

「何がしたいか（目的）」を紐解きながら本質を追究する。

❹本質を「言霊」として揮毫。

ご自身の軸を可視化し継続に繋げることが出来る、唯一無二のイベントです。

・自分の思い描くものをプレゼンすることが初めてだったので、とても新鮮でした。

それがプレゼンだけでは終わらず、自分だけの作品が目の前で仕上がっていく様子に、

何とも言えない嬉しさがありました。大切にします。

・小学生の時に習字を習っていましたが、大人になって実際に触れてみると神秘的な感覚になります。

何より、自分の想いが言霊となって紙面に表現されると、それが宝物になりますね。

この言霊は一生ものです。今後、自分の軸がブレることが無いと自信が持てました。

・冒頭、「相互理解、相互尊重がこの会の約束です！」とおっしゃって頂いたおかげで、

少し緊張が和らぎ、プレゼンをすることが出来ました。

そして、土屋さんの書いている姿からは空気を変えるほどのオーラが出ていて、心に残る

貴重な体験をさせていただきました。

I was a little nervous and I was able to make a presentation.
