Areas of interests

I am interested in developing algorithm and analyzing various types of data to solve the problems in molecular biology and medicine. Specifically, my research interests include network analysis based on multi-omics integration, developing machine learning/data mining based prediction model with omics and EMR data, and various high-throughput data (WGS/WES/RNA-seq) analysis. Through my research, I hope that I will be able to contribute to understanding the mechanism of disease and enhancing the treatment efficacy.
