you don't need to read this, but it does outline some important info regarding my commission policies.when you commission me, you are agreeing to the terms of service. it is your choice whether or not you want to read them beforehand.

1) Send your commission request through either Instagram DM/Twitter DM/Discord. (chi#9337)
2) Please be sure to tell me anything that you’d like in your commission, such as details, expressions, or even a pose that you’d like me to draw! I want to make sure that you’re happy with the final product.
3) Pay me after I accept your commission- at least half of the original price, for the purposes of accountability on both sides. You can pay the rest of the price after the commission is done. Or you can pay the whole thing in advance (up to you).
*I use paypal to receive money. I'm currently setting up a ko-fi as an alternative means, but it isn't out yet <3

Regarding time, I prioritize my IRL responsibilities first, so the amount of time I take depends a lot on how much work I have. Typically commissions can take from a few days up to two weeks (situation-dependent.)
You are free to express your concerns about this at any time throughout the process if it hasn’t been completed yet.
You are also permitted to ask for as many progress shots as you’d like.

As the creator, I am able to cancel and refund you at any given time.
You can cancel the commission at any time during the process. If you are not satisfied with the final product, please consider asking for changes rather than requesting a refund. I will do only minor changes, such as colors or accessories. Outfit changes or changes that cause me to redraw large parts of the final product will not be made. If you would rather receive a refund, you are able to request a refund within a month’s time of me completing the commission. However, I will revoke your rights over the finished product. Note that if you are to continue to use the art after I have returned the payment, I will alert others of you, and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me.
USAGE:
As I am the creator, I am entitled to use the artwork in any way (nothing crazy lol; i mostly just them as work examples on portfolios)
YOU CAN:
use my artwork for profile pictures, videos, etc.
repost it on other platforms
give permission to others to use it
make minor edits to it
The biggest thing that I’d like to ask of you is just to credit me. You don’t have to, but it means a lot.
YOU CANNOT:
claim to be the creator
resell it
use it as a base
completely edit it (-edits are allowed, just please don't make it unrecognizable)
