Chiguru Microgreens – Terms & Conditions 

🌱 Product Quality 

• All microgreens are freshly harvested, chemical-free, and grown hygienically.

• Being natural produce, slight variations in size, color, and taste may occur.

• Best consumed within 6–7 days when stored refrigerated.

🛒 Orders & Payments 

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (UPI / online).

• Please verify products, quantities, and delivery details before confirmation.

• Prices are subject to change and applicable at the time of order confirmation.

📦 Subscription Plans 

• Weekly, Fortnightly, and Monthly plans are pre-scheduled.

• Delivery days and timings are fixed at the start of the subscription.

• Subscriptions are non-transferable.

• Any pause or skip request must be informed 24 hours in advance.

🧾 Individual (One-Time) Orders 

• One-time orders depend on availability.

• Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified.

🚚 Delivery Policy 

• Free delivery is applicable with in 4 kms

• Delivery is made to the address provided at order confirmation.

• Free delivery applies only where clearly mentioned.

• Delivery charges, if any, will be informed in advance.

• Customers must be available to receive the order.

❌ Missed Deliveries 

• If delivery is attempted and the customer is unavailable, it will be treated as completed.

• No refunds or re-deliveries for missed deliveries.

🔄 Cancellations & Refunds 

• Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, no cancellations or refunds once prepared or dispatched.

• For quality concerns, notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photo proof.
