Q: Does availability mean the hours I want to work?
No. Availability means every time you are willing to be scheduled. Your actual schedule depends on business needs and the limitations you put on the number of days and hours you want to work.

Q: If I put more availability, will I work more hours?
Possibly. Team members with broader availability and strong reliability are more likely to receive their desired hours.

Q: Are hours guaranteed?
No. A set schedule or number of hours is not guaranteed.

Q: Why does Saturday availability matter?
Saturday is one of our busiest days. Availability on Saturdays is required for all pay tiers.

Q: What does “opening availability” mean?

Opening availability means you are available at 5:00am to help open the store and be ready to serve Guests at 6:00am.

Q: What does “closing availability” mean?
Closing availability means you are available up to midnight, even if most shifts end earlier.

Q: I’m under 18 - can I select closing availability?
As long as you are 16 or older - yes. If you do, you’ll receive an exception waiver during onboarding that must be completed by your Superintendent.

Q: Can my pay change if my availability changes?
Yes. If your availability no longer meets or exceeds the requirements for your pay rate, your pay may be adjusted prospectively only.

Q: When is my availability finalized?
Your availability is reviewed and approved during your Admin Day appointment. If it does not match what we discussed in your interview, it may impact our ability to move forward with employment.
