How much is the Retreat Registration Fee and what's included?
The Retreat Registration Fee is $250 per attendee. A $150 transferable, non-refundable deposit required to hold your spot. The $100 fee balance is due by January 30, 2026.
The registration fee includes:
retreat sessions
access to resources and materials
8 meals
housing
**Any attendee staying overnight will also need to register for a room or bed for a minimal fee to ensure that everyone receives a bed and has an equitable experience.**
Refund Policy: The Retreat Registration Fee is non-refundable. It may be transferred to another attendee but will not be refunded.
How do I pay for the retreat?
Payments for the retreat are processed through Zelle to chicagoplannerretreat@gmail.com. If you need a different payment option, please just select that need when you register and the retreat planning committee will follow-up with you.

Fill out the interest form above to ensure that we send you the registration link when we open Registration in October 2025.
Block your calendar for March 6-9, 2026!
October 2025
Purchase your ticket and reserve your bed/room via the registration link.
Pay the $150 non-refundable deposit via Zelle (no later than December 31, 2025, but we do expect to sell out this year, so please register ASAP)
By January 30, 2026
Ensure your details are filled out in the Final Form after you register. This will include travel, arranging rides if needed, dietary requirements, etc. We'll send that to you once we receive your deposit.
Pay your final payment of $100 by January 30!
We will manage a waitlist as spots are limited. Please fill out the interest form - the event is first-come, first-served and we'll be sure to reach out if someone needs to cancel and transfer their registration.
