US Army Reserve Center, Chicago

Restriction Level: High (Level 5–10)
The United States Army Reserve maintains restricted military facilities and operational assets under the authority of the Department of Defense.
Unauthorized entry beyond designated control points is a federal offense and may result in immediate detention, arrest, or escalation of force.
United States Secret Service (USSS)

Restriction Level: Maximum (Level 7–10)
The United States Secret Service controls high-security federal protection zones assigned to safeguard government officials, sensitive assets, and classified locations. These areas enforce near-total access denial, with rapid response protocols in effect at all times.

Restriction Level Definitions:
Level 1 – Public Access
Entry permitted. The area is monitored but open to civilians.
Level 2 – Limited Access:
Public presence allowed under supervision. Identification may be requested.
Level 3 – Controlled Access
Authorized personnel only beyond this point. Civilians may be escorted out.
Level 4 – Restricted Zone.
Unauthorized entry results in detainment and removal from the area.
Level 5 – Arrestable Offense:
Unauthorized presence will result in arrest and transfer to law enforcement custody.
Level 6 – High-Risk Enforcement:
Tactical response authorized. Suspects may be restrained using force.
Level 7 – Federal Security Lockdown
Area secured under federal authority. Immediate response units deployed.
Level 8 – Critical Security Zone.
Any breach is treated as a severe federal threat.
Level 9 – Extreme Threat Level:
Use of force highly likely. Lethal force is authorized if the threat persists.
Level 10 – Deadly Force Authorized
Breach considered an active federal threat. Neutralization permitted without warning.
