Welcome! I am a Lecturer in Economics at the University of Bath and, in Fall 2026, a visiting researcher at Sciences Po. Previously, I was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at LUISS University (Rome), and I obtained my PhD in Economics from the European University Institute (Florence). I am also part of the Women in Political Economics Network.

My research interest lies in Applied Microeconomics, with a focus on Political Economy, Gender, Crime and Health Economics. My current work studies how political institutions and economic shocks shape outcomes, in particular for women and vulnerable households. For more details, see my CV.
