Female elderly co-housing is a 5 storey proposed develoment building including 1 storey commercial, 1 storey facilities and 3 storey housing attached with 27 units in total. The site located along Jalan Persiaran Indah which connecting to the central round-about park, commercial area nad residential area. The building is separated into two zones which are public zone for all and semi-public zone which accusable for the residents only. Besides of co-housing units proposed for the elderly women, the building also includes social enterprise culinary program for the building residents and public space for people to participate to gain experiences in training and learning. There are different type of culinary workshop including savory workshop, sweet treat workshop and food preservation workshop. These different type of workshop allow female elderly to have opportunity to utilise their talents, overcome financial issue and social connecting with their sisters and friends.
