林祺珖 眩麗多姿曼妙的粉彩世界
林祺珖 畢業於新竹師範專科學校美術科(目前合併於台灣清華大學)、台灣師範大學美術系。擅長油畫、粉彩畫，作品多為旅遊觀景之作，在自然界中體驗觀察光影律動的變化，色彩豐富，描繪生動。作品多次在國際比賽獲獎與入選、展覽。取材自熟悉的生活週遭，以紮實的素描及用色基璴，傳神地抓住繽紛色彩，無論風景，靜物，或人物寫生，畫家在眼目回眸、肌理動作及表情中，傳達出無限韻味，令人過目不忘。
