With over 15 years of experience in Italian culinary artistry, Chef Alessandro Rossi brings the rich traditions of Italy to your table in Paris. Born and raised in Florence, Chef Alessandro honed his skills in Italy’s finest kitchens, studying under Michelin-starred chefs and mastering the secrets of authentic Italian flavors.
After graduating from the prestigious Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners (ICIF), Chef Alessandro began his journey in classic Italian cuisine, working in renowned restaurants throughout Tuscany and later making a name for himself at Ristorante La Pergola in Rome. His dedication to fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and his deep respect for Italian culinary heritage shine through in every dish he creates.
Chef Alessandro’s Signature Philosophy: At the heart of Chef Alessandro’s philosophy is a commitment to simplicity and quality. He believes in letting each ingredient tell its story, which is why he collaborates closely with select Italian suppliers, sourcing 100% organic olive oil from Puglia and handmade pasta from Bologna. His seasonal menus feature traditional recipes with a modern twist, designed to transport you straight to the heart of Italy.
