Dr. Che-Yuan Chang is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Educational Management, National Taipei University of Education, Taiwan. 

Dr. Chang received his Ph.D. from the Department of Business Administration, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan.
