WHO

Would you like to learn to play guitar or ukulele? I offer 30 and 60 minute weekly lessons, either locally or virtually.

WHAT

Beginning Guitar or Ukulele lessons are designed for newcomers. I teach students of 2nd grade through adult. The primary objective is to get the novice player to play music! Basic instruction is the fundamentals of guitar or ukulele. Specifically, students learn:

Guitar or Ukulele anatomy, how to hold, tune, & play, open strings / tuning, basic chords, basic scales, basic riffs, and (if applicable) basic guitar/music/ukulele theory.

The capstone of a 10 lesson Basic Guitar/Ukulele Session is to play a minimum of 2-3 songs.

WHEN

I offer flexible times to meet student demand. I teach and have a busy schedule. Ideally, developing a schedule with a recurrent weekly lessons is beneficial to new students.

WHERE

My Beginner Guitar/Ukulele Lessons are offered in person (locally) or remotely (online) or a hybrid of both (for busy schedules).

Not quite sure guitar or ukulele is for you? An additional $100 deposit and $25/mo rental fee and I will provide a basic guitar or ukulele to try/use for lessons and practice.
