Premium subscription
Premium unlocks 14 extra color themes, custom themes with your own player and background colors, player profiles with names and photos, automatic game history, detailed move analysis for every finished game, shareable result cards, and history export. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Auto renewable subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that date.
A one time lifetime purchase, where offered, is charged once and does not renew.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device's App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Purchases are also subject to Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.

By downloading, installing, or using this app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your content
You are responsible for the player names, photos, time controls and colors you enter into the app. Please do not enter content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights. This content stays on your device, and we do not receive or moderate it.
Intellectual property
The app, including its design, graphics, and features, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by Apple's Standard EULA.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app's functionality.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of data resulting from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to your country of residence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
Entire agreement
These Terms of Use, together with Apple's Standard EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the app.
Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend access if the app is used in breach of these terms.
