In America, end-of-life choices are a one-size-fits-all product, whose rituals separate us from the realities of human mortality. This project follows those who work side by side with the dying and the dead, who offer an alternative path for returning our bodies to the embrace of the Earth.
Produced by Alyssa Beebe and Chess Cabrera and Reed Freeman and Mikayla Hall and Max Schweik with Assistant Editor Makai Yllanes and Sound Designer/Re-Recording Mixer David Shaffer under Executive Producer John D. Scott in association with the Ithaca College Roy H. Park School of Communications
