Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party SDKs or services to support its functionality. Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS) are used for app distribution and are subject to their respective privacy policies — Google's Privacy Policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy, and Apple's is available at apple.com/legal/privacy. If the App uses Firebase, it may be used for crash reporting and analytics purposes, and its privacy practices are governed by Google's Firebase Privacy Policy available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy. Children's Privacy

Chess Timer is suitable for all ages, including children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since we collect no personal data at all, the App complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar regulations.

EU Geo-Blocking Compliance — Regulation (EU) 2018/302

Chess Timer is available equally to all users across all European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) member states, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2018/302 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 February 2018. We do not block, restrict, or limit access to the App based on a user's nationality, place of residence, or place of establishment within the EU/EEA, and we do not automatically redirect EU/EEA users to a different version of the App without their prior explicit consent.

All users within the EU/EEA are offered the same general terms of access, features, and conditions. We do not apply different pricing, features, or terms based on a user's EU member state of residence. For users in the EU/EEA, the App requests consent before serving personalized advertisements, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive. If consent is not provided, only non-personalized contextual ads will be displayed, and consent may be withdrawn at any time through your device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to access, modify, or delete. You have complete control over your locally stored data and Advertising ID through your device settings.
