Sparkle Infotech Apps ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Chess mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our App.
Information We Collect
The App does not require account creation and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information you enter. All game data (moves, board state, game history) stays on your device and is never sent to us or any third party.
Advertising
We use Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect certain data to serve relevant ads, including:
Device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID)
IP address and approximate location
App usage and interaction data
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and Google AdMob's data collection practices.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device's ad settings:

Children's Privacy
Our App is rated for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Data Security
Since we do not collect or store personal data on our own servers, there is no personal data at risk from our side. Any data processed by AdMob is subject to Google's own security practices.
Notifications
If you switch on play reminders in Settings, the App schedules them on your
device, by your device. Nothing about them is sent to us or to anyone else —
we do not know whether a reminder was delivered, seen, or opened, and no
notification data ever leaves your phone. This is why the statement above,
that the App does not collect or transmit personal information, remains true.
Reminders are only sent after you have not opened the App for a while, never
while you are playing, and there are at most three before they stop on their
own. You can turn them off at any time in the App's Settings, or in your
device's notification settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
