Dos & Don'ts

(this is as tl;dr as i can possibly get this)

"us" or "we" refers to everyone in the fruitbunch team and cherritrg.

"work" or "works" include but are not limited to characters, videos, images, stories or models.

blogs, social media posts, videos or other media covering or using our works are fine :3

when covering videos, if they include a large portion(s) of our videos, it's recommended to ask permission first, and ensure it falls under fair use regarding criticisms.

when using music, it can be used alongside other content, such as but not limited to gameplay, podcasts, animations, et cetera; but just reposting the song with no other transformative additions may be taken down.

DON'TS!!:

we do NOT allow our works to be used in any training for AI models of any sort. we don't care if it's image generation, text generation, gif or video generation, or anything of the sort. we don't want us or my works to be involved in any way with any programs, libraries or websites that includes or runs on AI.

do not create anything using our work that is related to (but not limited to) "brainrot", "elsagate", or "content made specifically for kids". all of our content is targeted towards teens or adults, and we want our viewers to keep their remaining brain cells.

Promotions

"promotional material" include but are not limited to links, mentions of the product(s), and any company or companies associated with the promotion.

If you are looking to do a paid promotion on any of my platforms (being social media accounts, parts of websites that we create, chat rooms about us) in the form of: using our platforms to talk about, review or advertise any company or its contents (products, information regarding its products or person(s) related to such), or interact with a mentioned application for the purpose of advertising, we will only consider following through with it (this does not mean that i WILL do it) if it falls under these terms:

1. We are able to postpone, temporarily remove or permanently remove all "promotional material" from our platforms if and whenever we feel the company or its contents could be or is: a scam, involved in controversy, gets involved in bad practices, or anything of the sort with enough evidence, and refunds might or might not be available depending on the severity of the reason.

2. We are able to give honest opinions about the product, which has the possibility to include mentioning some things that may or may not look good for the company or its products.

3. We are able to test out the companies' products first and deliver a verdict on whether it is safe to get involved with.

These terms can be changed at any time.
