This privacy policy applies to the Cherish Days app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Team devch (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
Cherish Days is designed to keep your information on your own device. The Application does not collect or transmit any personal information when you download and use it. In particular, the Application does not collect:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The screens of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, or the time spent on them
Analytics about how you use the Application
Information about the operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather any information about the location of your mobile device.
The information you enter into the Application — such as the names, dates, relationship labels, notes, and photos for the birthdays, anniversaries, and remembrance days you wish to remember — is stored only on your device. It is not sent to the Service Provider, and the Service Provider cannot access it. Because the Application does not collect your information, the Service Provider will not use it to contact you or to send you marketing.
If you choose to import from your contacts or add a photo, the Application uses Apple's system pickers and receives only the specific items you select; it never reads your full contacts or photo library, and the imported information is stored locally alongside your other events.
Third Party Access
The Application does not transmit your information to any external service, and no aggregated or anonymized data is sent to analytics or advertising providers. The Service Provider does not share your information with third parties, because the Service Provider does not collect or hold it. The Application relies only on your device's operating system to schedule reminders and alarms, to present the contact and photo pickers, and — if you tap "Rate Us" — to show the system review prompt; your use of these features and of the App Store is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).
Because the Service Provider does not hold your data, there is generally no personal information for it to disclose. The Service Provider will nonetheless comply with applicable law, including any obligation to respond to a valid legal request.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all use of your information within the Application at any time by deleting individual events or by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace. Uninstalling the Application removes its locally stored data from your device.
Data Retention Policy
Because your information is stored only on your device, the Service Provider does not retain it. Your data remains on your device for as long as you keep it there; you can delete any event, or all of your data, at any time from within the Application, and uninstalling the Application deletes its locally stored data (except for any copies that may exist in your own device backups).
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13, and the Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Because the Application does not collect any information, no such data is transmitted to the Service Provider. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's device usage. If you have reason to believe that a child has used the Application in a way that raises a concern, please contact the Service Provider at [your contact email] so that appropriate action can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Because your information is stored on your device rather than on the Service Provider's servers, it is protected by your device's built-in security features, such as your passcode, Face ID/Touch ID, and disk encryption. It is your responsibility to keep your device secure.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the handling of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
