I am an Assistant Professor at The University of Hong Kong. Previously, I was a postdoctoral fellow at Indiana University Bloomington, under the supervision of Professor XiaoFeng Wang. I received my Ph.D. degree at the Institute of Information Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In general, my research interests are to discover and understand critical security issues in systems and networks through AI/ML techniques, especially using NLP to predict vulnerabilities, and then to design and provide solutions to mitigate these risks.
