I am an ethnographer and assistant professor at HKUST Business School in Management.
My research explores how professional workers—whether they are doctors, lawyers or artists—navigate occupational changes while addressing grand challenges such as healthcare disparities, legal injustice, and cultural inequalities (click HERE to learn more).
I received my PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto in 2023.
HIRING: I am always looking for detail-oriented research assistants who are passionate about research at the intersection of moral markets and the sociology of professions. If you are interested, please email me your CV.
