Create notes from sources and cite each note with an in-text citation using MLA style. Notes should be in your OWN words.
Evidence analysis page: create a document that compares and contrasts the evidence supporting and evidence denying a position related to topic. Use claim, evidence, and reasoning. Video explanation.
1st section of template: Use the paragraph construction guide to create an introduction paragraph that includes a topic sentence, several concrete details (factually based statements), a commentary, and a concluding sentence (thesis). For the rough draft, color code this paragraph with the colors in the paragraph construction guide.
2nd section of template: clearly explain the theory/models of how the element or compound works based on the requirements for the specific job and topic. Models may be conceptual (descriptions of a theory), pictures or diagrams, or math equations. In either case they must be clear, accurate, and explained thoroughly (2 or 3 suggested paragraphs).
3rd section of template: explain how the data & facts you researched support your conclusion about the causes and solutions to your case. Provide original data and graphs when possible and explain the factors that have causation or only correlation relationships in your case ( 2 or 3 suggested paragraphs).
4th section of template: argue for a solution to the case by providing research that supports how your solution could solve the issues. Keep explanations focused on evidence and not on personal opinions (2 or 3 suggested paragraphs).
Construct a concluding statement. Turn in individual component of template.
Create the presentation.
