About Cell:

The Department of Chemistry was established in 1962 & P.G. Classes were started in year 2005. Since 2005, every year department establishes “Chemical Society”. It involves all faculty members of Chemistry department, all P.G. students & interested U.G. can also enrol for Chemical society (free of cost). Every year, the chemical society organizes educational tours, seminars, quizzes, invited talks & workshops for the students. The Chemical Society organizes a welcome for the new members and a farewell for the outgoing members. In addition, the society also arranges various seminars of general interest in chemistry and other related areas.
