I love to cook healthy & fresh meals from across the world for guests and crew according to dietary preferences
I have yachting experiences as a crew chef on a 54m sailing yacht Parsifal 3 and have done menu planning, provisioning and cooking for 10 crew for an Atlantic crossing from St. Maartin and during shipyard period in Spain and delivery to Sardegna. I have also worked at CT Yacht services doing Charter prep, Stock taking, New boat handover clean, Deck work, Stainless cleaning, Window cleaning, Race boat prep on the following yachts: Princess 58/50/43/57, Bavaria 42/35, Atlantis 47, Cape 31. I have worked on charter and private yachts as sole chef catering for crew and guests, cooking up to 7 times a day. The galley is my happy place.
My ultimate goal is to become the head chef on a large vessel and travel the world to learn new cuisines and strengthen my food and menu offerings for charter and/or private vessels.
