Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Chef Engine mobile application (the "Service") operated by Olga Sigova ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian to use the Service.

3. Account Creation
   When you create an account with us, you must provide us with accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
   You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct
   You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any unlawful conduct.

• Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that infringes on the rights of any third party.

• Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm the Service or its users.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

5. User Content
   You retain ownership of any recipes, photos, or other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Chef Engine a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property
   The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Chef Engine and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Chef Engine.

7. Privacy
   Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Subscriptions
   a. Subscription Plans
   The Service offers premium subscriptions with monthly and yearly plans. Subscriptions provide access to additional features and content not available in the free version. A one-week free trial is also available to new subscribers.

b. Billing and Payment
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) in advance of the applicable subscription period. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using your account. All payments are non-refundable, except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

c. Free Trial
The free trial period lasts for one week and provides full access to the premium features. At the end of the trial period, unless you cancel, you will automatically be charged the subscription fee for the chosen plan. You may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged.

d. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of the current billing period, after which your access will revert to the free version. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term.

9. Termination
   We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you can request the deletion of your account on our website.

10. Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall Chef Engine, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party; and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Chef Engine makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of its services or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

12. Disclaimer Regarding Recipes
    Chef Engine does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or safety of any recipes generated by the Service. The recipes are provided for informational purposes only and should be used at your own risk. Chef Engine is not responsible for any adverse effects or harm that may result from the use or consumption of any recipes generated by the Service. You should use your judgment and consult with a qualified healthcare professional or nutritionist when necessary.

13. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
