Staffel Taffel

Founding

On a sunny day in 2018 a bored person named James (CheesyFox52) decided to create a type of game contest. At ((Oebisfelde) at mom's).

They came up with the name "Staffel Taffel Studios" [as Staffel & Taffel rhymed perfectly even though it doesn't have meaning] and wrote it down on a piece of paper sign to put on a door.

In the beginning there were only 4 members: J/L A M F

One of the first games was a contest where people had to make sentences rhyme. This game was only a test though

After a couple weeks past by and it was decided to add more members, this is where S and two cats where added (S,Roy,Siggi) [S shortened for privacy]

Then teams where made: Couch Gang - S & Siggi, Milch Gang (Milk Gang) A & M, Brot Katzen (Bread Cats). There Also was a Kugelfish Gang (Pufferfish Gang) that had only been made as a host group. Names and Division could be wrong since it was never probably archived

Now there were 7 Members (5 Humans): J/L A M F S Siggi Roy (image 1)

Game System

The game system works as follows.

The games host decides when a game starts and gathers everyone, then everyone gets told what the game is about and how it works.

Games where designed so that there was always one person to be "eliminated"

Most games where made so that all players get to vote who gets eliminated.

If a person gets eliminated they can't Play the entire Staffel(Series) anymore but can still watch. Sometimes they were chances to get back in.

Eventually you had only 2 people left and a voting round would commence and it would be decided who played the best. [could be wrong though].

Winners get to move on to the next Taffel. And don't have to play anymore (explained later)

A Session has 1 game. = 1 person out

If there were 5 People then there would be approx. 5 games.

A Series is the entire duration until a winner gets chosen. Also called a Staffel.

If a person wins a Series then they don't have to play in the next Series, they still can but don't have to.

A Taffel is basically a competition between the 3 winners to see who is the grand winner.

Series 2 (Staffel Zwei)

This one was not entirly finished because of moving and stress between players.

The first game was a card game where every player made Cards. "LIX " or (newer) "Skissel" was the name of the card game.

It was a game where everyone had to attack each others cards in a turn style basis. Some cards had abilities. Some where heavily complex like "geber" cards and coins.

In J/L's school a teacher got curios and it was decided they could also be a member (known as T) image 1 for members

There might have been a seconf game but no recallection of it exists.

a type of "Schnitzel Jagd" was done under Staffel Taffel. some time later

Ranks

there exists a ranking system of owners and managers.

It was written down on a piece of Paper (needs to be archived) Doc 3

L/J Is not on the top rank but 2 below. Nobody knows whos at the top and

S.U.P.E.R

This was a document that binded the players not the steal foods or to record without permission. It also said that nobody except for S.T.O.P members could take place in a STOP meeting. [Read S.T.O.P]

Staffel Taffel Optik Planung

Was a secretive devision in Staffel Taffel that managed the designs and looks of Staffel Taffel. It was mainly L/J but M was also a contributor.

A Sign labeld "S.T.O.P" was put on the rooms where a ongoing session was taking place and nobody was allowed to enter without permission. 

The Logo

For 2 whole years Staffel Taffel didn't have a logo.

Only until 2020 a simple outline logo was finally drawn.

It was created by L/J.

A small scale competition was held in L/J school group on who who could make a simple logo out of simple shapes for Staffel Taffel.

The design idea magically popped up in a dream while riding the bus home and was written down imiedtaly at home. (Image 2)

The Logo was always drawn loosely and it didn't matter if it was perfect or how the proportions were.

In 2021 the logo got filled out in Black (Image 3)

In 2023 the logo was slightly redesigned with 4 new lines. (Image 4)

The logo did have a meaning but it was sadly lost to time.

In 2025 the Logo finally got a proper style guideline and instructions on how it should look. (Image 5)
