WHAT IS THE TNHL MISSION
To give an opportunity to men by creating an environment to exercise and socialize at least once a week on Thursdays. It serves as a means to preserve and promote the game of hockey and to give us men the chance to practice our perceived dominance of the human race for a short period during our week.
OUR PURPOSE
The Thursday Night Hockey League (TNHL) is a not for profit organization of Men which provides structure, regulates operations and promotes the quality of life from a social and health manner by conducting ball hockey games as an extra curricular activity with a follow up of social interactivity at a local establishment in the Sault Ste Marie area.

No one epitomizes what it means to be a TNHL brother more so than Carlos. He is usually the first to step up whenever something is needed. He makes every effort to attend a TNHL event. I recall, that when he used to work on projects out of town, he would work through Wednesday evenings so he could make it out on Thursday. He even made it out on Thursday after his wife had just given birth - just so he wouldn't have to pay the spousal interference fine. The countless times he said that, if we are going to be short, he would make it out, even though he was ill or hurting. He has an infectious laugh and no one laughs more at Joeisms than Carlos - I believe his favorite is "I dressed my son from foot to toe". As a Young Gun, he was a heck of a player, especially between the pipes - we saw a sample of it one night last year. As much pride as he has in the TNHL, we are certainly proud that he is a TNHL brother.
Dear Carlos, thank you for allowing us to be your friend and brother. You shall be forever in our heart.
Brother Sam Colizza
The TNHL would like to provide honorable mention the following past retired Brothers. Some have actually come back. Can't stay away from a good thing!

Thanks a lot Boomer!
TNHL 15th Anniversary Alumni Celebration
On December 19th 2002 the current time Brothers chartered an event which brought all of the retired old farts back together to celebrate and reminisce on the good old days. This was held at the Verdi Lounge and hosted by Boomer Braido. This was a night to remember and returned some unseen alumni for a one time affair.
