Cheer Yin, a sound designer, music producer, recording engineer, mixing engineer, and guitarist with an M.A. in Music Production from University of York. Prior to becoming independent, I worked at Waves Audio and Positive Grid, companies recognized for their expertise in audio technology.

I specialize in collaborating with animation studios and product teams, crafting distinctive sound experiences that enhance storytelling, communicate value, and bring creative ideas to life. My collaborations include Porsche, Audemars Piguet, Taiwan Excellence, and PTS. Some projects have received recognition at the Golden Bell Awards.

My approach is simple: understand what each project truly needs, then find the right sounds, techniques, and timing to support it in the most meaningful way.
