Application for doctoral degree examination

Submit application 5 weeks before the scheduled degree examination.

Email the all application by PDF format to administrator. (Please arrange all documents according to the order below and Merge)

1. 1. Application Checklist of Degree Examination - Please send the original to room 93556.

   2. Application form - Please send the original to room 93556.

   3. The personal information form for the members are assistant professors and Non-teaching Ph.D. (Optional) 

   4. Academic transcripts of Ph.D. and Master's degree. 

   5. The Publication list 

   6. Publish papers(including accepted) and SCI Impact Factor of the journal ranks of the two years prior to the submission date. 

   7. Turnitin similarity report by student and advisor signed.

   8. The proof of General education courses of 8 hours. (for the students enroll after the academic year of 111)
