AI Conversations

Checkpoint Megacity allows players to interact with AI-powered non-player characters (NPCs). When you send a message to an NPC, the content of your message is transmitted directly to Google's Gemini API to generate a response.

These messages are processed solely to provide AI-generated dialogue. The developer of Checkpoint Megacity does not intentionally collect, store, or retain your conversations.

Because your messages are processed by Google's Gemini API, they are subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information in conversations with NPCs.

Internet Connection

An internet connection is required for AI-powered NPC conversations. Standard network information, such as your IP address, may be processed as part of establishing secure connections with Google's services.

Information We Do Not Collect

Checkpoint Megacity does not intentionally collect or store:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your phone number

• Your physical address

• Payment information

• Contacts

• Photos or media

• Precise location

Third-Party Services

Checkpoint Megacity relies on third-party services to provide functionality, including:

• Google Play Services

• Google Gemini API

These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

Communications with Google's services use encrypted HTTPS connections. While reasonable security measures are used, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
