Peruse an organized list of checklists that you've created or have imported from other authors.  Each author can further organize by category.

Work through a checklist, checking off as you go, learning how to finish steps with instructional text, images, and video.  Stop and return later, or skip steps wen allowed.  Finalize and save to history.

Finalize checklists are recorded for future references.  Completed checklists can also be reported by to the author so that they can be informed of what you've accomplished.
